Our Maintenance Inspections

At Car Medics and NAPA AUTOPRO, we soon realized that we cannot reduce stress, prevent costly breakdowns, and save you money without having an ongoing understanding of the condition of your vehicle.  The only way we can succeed at this is by performing inspections on your vehicle on a regularly scheduled basis.

Our program includes some type of inspection at least every 3 months or 5,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).  The foundation of our maintenance plan is our Level One and Level Two Inspections:

Ø      Level One Inspection consists of an oil and filter change along with a thorough visual inspection.

Ø      Level Two Inspection consists of a more intensive inspection that includes a thorough test drive, tire rotation (if required), comprehensive brake, front end and suspension inspections, along with a complete evaluation of all fluids for maintenance purposes.  Door locks and hinges also get lubricated.

We will implement a rotational schedule of inspections for your vehicle.  The initial visit will include both a Level One and a Level Two Inspection.  Your following appointment will include a Level One Inspection.  This pattern will be repeated over the long term ensuring that your vehicle will receive an oil and filter change a minimum of every 3 months and a thorough inspection at least every 6 months.

It is during these visits that we will identify your future maintenance and repair needs.  In most cases, this system allows you to know months in advance that certain repairs or recommended services will be performed.  You will finally be able to budget for maintenance and repairs and your vehicle will have a clean bill of health in no time at all!
