Our Warranty

At Car Medics, we deliver the highest caliber of workmanship, and we use only quality parts.  Our warranty on new and remanufactured parts is a minimum of 12 Months or 20,000 km.  We are constantly working with parts suppliers and manufacturers to improve not only the reliability and price of our parts, but the warranty as well.

We work closely with Napa Auto Parts and most Napa Parts we install are covered by their "Peace of Mind" warranty.  This covers your vehicle for parts and labour for 12 Months or 20,000 km no matter where you drive in Canada and the United States.

Of course some components and replacement parts are covered longer than 1 year / 20,000 km:

Five Year Warranty Napa Replacement Catalytic Converters Warranty range from 2 Years/40,000 km up to 5 Years/80,000 km depending on vehicle and part number

Three Year Warranty Napa Remanufactured Alternators and Starters New Napa Fuel Tanks New Napa Clutch Kits  are  3 Years / 60,000 km.
